Undergraduate and graduate students interested in advancing their knowledge and skills in global health research are invited to apply to the GRIT Lab as student fellows. Even though the lab is based out of University of Maryland, students from any college or university are invited to apply.

Student fellows will:

• Conduct real-world global health research over the course of several semesters

• Travel to partner organizations abroad to complete research activities

• Receive research trainings in literature review, data analysis, research methods, and more

Applications for Fall 2026 are open from Monday August 10-Tuesday September 1.  Formal interviews will follow the written application process.
